I picked up this old glass cabinet from Totnes market a while ago and although I initially had fabrics in it, I decided my Orla Kiely mag collection and other vintage pieces would look better in it, in the kitchen area. It needs a bit more of a paint (I might paint coloured doors) but I think it suits these items better

Oh, so nice.
I think the salt, pepper and the buttercup i norwegian from Figgjo, designed by Turid. Is that correct?
Hi,
Yes, that's correct! I've had these for years now and adore them. They were a beautiful find. I love 60s Norwegian ceramics.
Your salt and pepper shakers are super cool! I love all the mish mash of colours!
What a wonderful display, so many lovely colours and patterns. IO love that little rainbow jug, I remember reading your blog post when you bought that!
I don't mean to be rude, but I am drooling over your cupboard ;-)
Esther.
Love the patterns & colors :)!
I was wondering if you might know who made the salt lady,I happen to have the same myself and also the small pepper son.
Figgjo it's not as they just confirmed its not one of their designs, some say it is Porsgrund others Arabia (Emilia)... Hopefully you know something more, crossing my fingers :)
I've a feeling the small salt lady on the left might be by Arabia Finland or even Stig Lindberg. Will have to do some more research. I know it's quite rare.
adorable!
OoO,Stig Lindberg,that would be really exciting :)
Hi Jane
I think she may have been made by Porsgrund, Norway, she misses her partner, a small chap. Your collection is lovely!
Nice mugs, i'll show you my top shelf tins later ;)
