60s Penguin cover and flowery mugs

I found another Penguin paperback in the market today to frame - I've also been looking at 70s flowery mug patterns on etsy and came across these that I liked.

Favourite Punk Etching

Have been unpacking hundreds of pictures after our move and wanted to show you my favourite etching that I've owned for years now and still really enjoy. It's by Elizabeth Morris, one of the founders of the Greenwich Printmakers group. It's called 'Punk in the park - Marathon day ' 1982. She originally trained as a painter at Goldsmith's college and later specialized in etching at Morley college.

Vintage picture dominoes and Jane Foster's Birthday

I'm obsessed with vintage children's picture dominoes as I love the designs and colours. I've at least 6 different boxes and here are some I framed for my wall. Am I the only one out there who will buy a really boring Penguin paperback just for it's cover with absolutely no intention of ever reading it? I had a Birthday this week and here are two fab apple presents I received from two different people.

Totnes market finds by Jane Foster

Have recently moved from Brighton to Totnes and although I knew I'd miss my regular Sunday Brighton Boot sale, I've been enjoying the weekly Friday and Saturday market here. Here are a few of my lucky recent finds - a 50s Staffordshire egg cup, an original vintage Heals bed (which is incredibly comfy!) and an old wooden doll with red hair I would die for!
